Dolphin House Dating from the early 19th century, Dolphin House was originally a hotel and Queen Victoria is rumoured to have stayed here during her visit to the town in 1849 - hence the renaming of the road from Dolphin Hill to Queen Street in her honour. A short spell as a 'house of ill repute' adds to the building's colourful history and now Dolphin House is divided into six spacious flats. It is situated just metres away from the sea and has beautiful views of the neighbouring boatyard and moorings
